Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch goods as timely as possible. If an order is received before 2pm on a working day (Monday - Friday) we will endeavour to dispatch the goods on the same day. Items despatched on a Friday will not be delivered until Monday on normal service. When an order is received on a weekend or bank holiday, we will endeavour to dispatch the goods on the next working day.

All items are dispatched on a next working day service unless shipping to Scottish Highlands & Offshore Scottish Islands, Northern & Southern Ireland and Channel Islands (service restrictions with third party carriers). Even if the carrier services we use are reliable, we cannot provide any guarantee that the items will be received on the next working day. If you need more information or require an upgraded delivery service, please contact us and we can quote you for the service required.

Return & Exchange Policy

Should you need to return your item(s), we need to be notified within 14 days of the delivery date.simply email us on our Contact Page, including your order reference number the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will reply with an authorised returns number and details on how you can send your item back to us. Items should be returned in unused condition & in the original packaging, due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply, this varies dependant on product and you will be notified accordingly. Unfortunately delivery charges are not refundable. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any items returned without an authorised returns number. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods

Chain slings, Wire rope slings, or any other item that are custom made to order are not covered by our returns policy. Please ensure when ordering all measurements and capacities are correct as we are unable to refund on these products.
